Lucy is 7 Months

Being a mom is by far the most amazing experience of my life.  All the other life experiences that have brought me to this place are special and I cherish the life I have lived and the life I have because of it.  Lucy is 7 months old today and her milestones are normal and I thank God for that.  I pray every night that she develops as she should and remains healthy.  She sits up, drinks from a sippy cup, she has two teeth, is eating solids like a champ and is hopefully not far from crawling! Here's my little bear/ballerina!

Michigan

These photographs may not mean a lot to anyone else, but I love Michigan and all that is part of my childhood there.  When we all went there (almost my entire family) I decided to document my trip. I would have done more, but I was sick for a couple days while I was there and had to drive to and from (13 hours both ways) but during this trip, I had a lot of brainstorming time.  I am officially moving beyond photography and into cinematography.  I am including a (long) video entitled "Heir Looms" I spent a day videoing my family and my Grandparents house.  It's long, but fun.  I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I do and had doing all of this!

My Grandma's chair
We would run to this window when we heard the train coming.  There's a railroad that is behind their house.  We would count the cars.  The most I ever counted was 118 cars behind pulled by the train.

So many memories running into this front porch.

An old Coo coo clock that my Uncles fixed.

We celebrated my Grandpa's 90th birthday while we were there.  He's lived the longest in our family. This is a shadow box of all his achievements in the Navy.  He was a World War 2 pilot.  There's a lot of to be proud of when it comes to my Grandpa.  My Grandma's sewing room is below.  She used to make her own clothes and made my daughter a quilt.  She let me and my sisters go through her closet and there were a few dresses she had made on her own.  I was privileged to take home quite a few dresses and skirts.  It's so awesome to have clothes that I can say "Hey, this was my grandma's!"

Hurricane Harry turns 3 Months!

I was randomly able to take my nephew's 3 month old photos while I visited family in Michigan 2 weeks ago! So awesome because it wasn't planned and often, you get the best photos this way.  We used my Grandma's Family room which has an entire wall that is entirely a window!! I LOVE natural light!! Anyways, enjoy this adorable kid.

Auntie B (me) got Harry this onesie for Christmas.  I have an infatuation with mustaches.

Happy 3 Months Harry!!

I call this collection of photos "Uninterested Brother"
