Bryson is 1!

Almost a year ago, I traveled up to Rockville to capture Bryson's first hours.  He was amazing and tiny and beautiful.  You can see those photos here.  It was a great experience to see one of my dearest friends become a mom and an amazing one at that.  I love this girl.  She was one of the greatest bridesmaids on the planet and one of the most caring people I've ever met.  Her husband is a close second! I love this family and I'm happy to see them thriving a year later and seeing all the milestones Bryson is making! Here's his adorable 1 year session with me one of the first warm days of the year!

The Rockwells Welcome Baby #2!

I love being a family photographer, especially when I get to be part of life events like this! I was privileged to capture Chase's first hours of life in this Fresh 48 Session! He's so incredibly tiny weighing only 5 lbs! I've never seen a baby this small before! And it's also a shock since my own baby was almost 10 lbs! Holding a life that small puts so much into prospective.  

 Ainsley is already an amazing big sister! I have so many favorites from this session, I would be commenting "favorite" by every photo!

Jacob and Anna

Jacob and Anna:

Something I was privileged to watch blossom was their love.  And it was fun to behold! Jacob, my husband and I have been best friends for almost 8 years and it has been awesome to add Anna to our mix! No one would have fit more perfectly! Not into our friendship or to Jacob's life.  No one is more perfect for Jacob than Anna, and vise versa. These two belong and it's such a beautiful thing to see become one before God.

Their wedding was one of a kind and decorated beautifully! It was an honor to photograph their event!
