Some of my favorite people!

I'm so glad we were able to do our last two sessions together before these awesome people leave Virginia.  Chase was born this past March and we did his newborn session here!  And then a couple of months later, we did this Spring session! I'm going to miss this family terribly, but luckily, they're only moving to our neighboring state which I frequent often, so they can't get rid of me that easily! I'm hoping to feature them on my blog again!

 

The Clarks | 2013

Here's another family I'm terribly fond of who I've become the family photographer for!

I've taken the Clark's family photos for 3 years now! It is always fun watching a family grow and develop through the lens.

Lori really wanted to show case Jacob's development this time around.  Before he hasn't been able to walk and now he's standing and walking and it's amazing! Jacob is an inspiration!

Kaitlyn is growing up too fast and becoming more and more beautiful every time I photograph her!

And Jason and Lori remain the most giving and selfless people I've ever met.

I love this family and all they do for those around them.

 



Josie | Mother and Son

Josie and I met in collage.  We hit it off in class and have kept in touch over the years.  We both became mom's around the same time and have always kind of been on the same life plateau.  She just moved back to the area and hit me up for a session, and believe it or not, we did this session behind a Sheetz! But you would never know had I not said anything!  This is one of my missions, to go beyond a studio and let life be our backdrop!  Josie is beautiful and T.J. is freaking cute!! So glad  she's back in town! She's a baker at heart and has promised me a cheesecake!!

 



Elizabeth and Tyler | A Fall Romance

Elizabeth and Tyler are one of my last sessions I shot to benefit my brother and his wife's missions expedition where they are headed to the Middle East!  Elizabeth and Tyler decided to come to me for their session and we met at a Battlefield pull off not far from my home.  It was the peek of the colors of Fall and made for an exception location for a session!
